Sometimes life throws us experiences that make us question who we are, challenge our sense of connection with others, or traumatize us. Imagine a non-judgemental, compassionate, and empathetic space to find your pathway to improved wellness. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families, striving to understand how these experiences have impacted them. I appreciate the privilege of being able to work collaboratively with my clients, finding strengths and working towards goals.
I believe that past and current experiences impact how we view the world, and it can often be helpful to build an understanding of why we are feeling the way we do. I also believe that one approach does not work for everyone. I will tailor my approach, using person-centered, solution-focused, strength-based, and psychodynamic methods to suit your needs.
